Tom McLain

Before establishing The McLain Group in July, 1999, my career within the electrical power industry spanned 25 years. I've held positions in Operations, Radiation Protection, Training, Refuel/Outage and Human Resources organizations. The experience and knowledge I have gained in these organizations affords me an insider's view and understanding of this industry. I can speak the language - all levels - all positions.

Howard Shrum

I enjoyed 35 years in the commercial nuclear industry before joining The McLain Group. During that time I worked in Training, Operations, Work Management, Maintenance, and Refueling at various sites and reactors around the country. (I am one of the few people in the United States that have operated a Liquid Metal Fast Breeder Reactor). My extensive experience has shown me that when you place impact players in the right positions, everyone succeeds. Our mission at The McLain Group is to work closely with our clients and candidates to ensure success.

Donna Champagne

With 20 years in the electrical power industry, I have worked and interfaced with a wide variety of positions and organizations. This experience affords me a significant insight and understanding of what it takes to successfully staff positions in this industry. When the opportunity came along to start a new career on the ground floor of a new company, assisting others in achieving their career goals in the electrical power industry, how could I resist?
